Meet Bryan Pena: Your guide to lasting happiness

Bryan Pena BP MEDIA PARTNERS Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic of Dominican parents and Spanish descent at 20 years of age decides to leave his native Dominican Republic to begin his studies in the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico, a fact that never happened because, after three months of having arrived in Puerto Rico and begin his studies in the area of Architecture,Puerto Rico was hit by a strong hurricane that left it devastated in its entirety, from that moment begins the life of Bryan Peña as an immigrant in the United States of America, who like many come looking to realize their dreams and arrives to the city of the Sun Miami, Florida in the early nineties.Since he arrived in the State of Florida and without wasting much time he began his English studies and preparatory courses to enter college, obtaining his first degree in Arts and Sciences in the United States at Miami Dade College. Immediately after he began his studies at the University of Miami Florida in International Relations, finally transferring to Florida International University and obtaining a double major with honors in International Relations “Diplomacy” and Political Science and InternationalBusiness specializing in the economies of Latin America and the Caribbean. After graduating BRYAN PENA founded the agency VIP Creations with several partners, later becoming BP Media Partners and remaining the sole founding partner of the company.BP Media Partners, established and founded in the city of Miami in 2005, is a marketing, advertising, public relations, brand management and representation agency; this year it is celebrating its 20th anniversary making it the agency of choice for global brands such as: Samsung Electronic, Ron Barceló USA, Simon Mall, Sony Music, Four Seasons Hotels,Mercedez Benz, University Of Miami Hospital among others.

The effort and dedication to marketing and communications has made the company BP MEDIA PARTNERS, win multiple awards in the area of communications such as Communications Company of the year 2018 Business and Economy magazine, 100 Hispanic Leaders” Hispanic Target Magazine, 2010 Entrepreneur of the year Santo Domingo Times, 2009 Alumni recognition ceremony as one of the top influencers in Miami awarded by his alma mater Florida International University, Recognition by the Florida Senate Congress as Dominican of the year, recognition by the City of Doral as outstanding Hispanic, recognized by Tomas Regalado Mayor of the City of Miami, for his leadership, commitment and social and cultural initiatives in the city of Miami, recognized by the Office of the Mayor of New York for his contribution to the Dominican Film Festival, Award for Excellence 2025 in the Marketing Industry and his commitment to the Dominican Community in South Florida, awarded by the Dominican Association of Dominican Heritage and Culture.In recent years Bryan Pena has dedicated himself to personal development and graduate studies in the areas of Mental Health, Personal Wellness, Psychology, Marketing and Brand Management at Harvard University where he just finished and was among the 5 students to finish the executive education of the Medical, Business and Kennedy School of Government obtaining several certifications in record time (Harvard University Certificates in Marketing and Branding, Happiness in Leadership and Driving Team Success, among others).Today Bryan Pena, has two children who are his most precious treasures, he also has as hobbies Reading, he is passionate about reading, traveling, learning about new cultures, playing sports, he is an exemplary father who enjoys teaching and instilling in his children the same values given by his exemplary parents, as well as teaching them the importance of their roots and culture of his native Dominican Republic. Immediate future plans: Currently BRYAN PENA is writing a book called ¨JUST SAY YES¨ “SOLO DI QUE SI” and has just launched his website and blog called ¨THE HAPPINESS ACADEMY¨, which offers free resources for children and adults who need tools to help them in the area of mental health and social and personal wellness

My path to becoming a positive psychology coach and founding The Happiness Academy was deeply personal. After a separation, I found myself battling sadness, depression, and a loss of purpose. My children's respect waned, and I knew I needed a change. This difficult period became the catalyst, driving me to understand the science of happiness and dedicate my life to guiding others through their own transformations.
